Securing and protecting the client’s/Providers Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is paramount to address their questions. We at, MTServices safeguard the information received by encryption and granting access only to authorized MTServices personnel.
Privacy Policy And it’s Jurisdiction
Privacy policy explains, how a company, store, process and utilize the client’s data which is gathered during the operations. It is required by law in certain regions such as European Union (GDPR). The United States does not enforce any federal law around Privacy but certain states have enacted it such as California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by state of California.
Please note this Privacy policy is in relation to only information we gather from our Demo or contact us page, which is Provider/Doctor basic information such as Name, email and their questions. This page does not outline any compliance or most important rules and regulations attaching to reimbursement around patient confidentiality, information security and HIPPA compliance. That’s falls under our Compliance page.

This Privacy policy includes and covers Provider's personally Identifiable Information (PII) on following criteria
1What type of data collected, for example, name, date of birth, location, etc?
As the information on Contact us page shows. We only require your name and Email address for the preliminary stage. Once we pass the initial stage, other operational information such as provider’s information, insurance information’s, PMS software details etc. is required for service functionality under compliance Rules and regulations.
2How we collect data, user entry, cookies, etc?
We collect data with user’s entry only via website. Also, the information collected by request via email or phone.
3How we use your data collected, marketing, usability, service functionality, etc?
We use your data only to contact the client and other relevant parties such as insurances, Patients for service functionality. We do not use your data for any other purposes such as marketing or promotions.
4Will we share your data, sell it - third-parties, partners, etc?
No, we do not share your data with anybody irrelevant nor we sell it.

We will store your data in encrypted form with only authorized person access. Some of the Practice management softwares and EHR store the data in provider office or can be cloud based. We only store provider information in house with encryption.
10Would you opt in for E-communication automatically, how to opt out and request deletion, including how to file requests and privacy questions?
We do not sign you in automatically for any Electronic communications such as newsletters, updates etc. unless specifically requested by an email.
However, if you are signed in for any periodic update you can send us an email privcay@mtservices.pro to opt out and for any file request.
